How They Voted

Earlier this year, the voters in the College Football USA Today Coaches Poll decided to make public their final regular season ballots. Today, they released the results in the paper edition of USA Today.

I've yet to find a story about it on the paper's website, or any site for that matter, so if you're interested in seeing how everyone voted, get thee to the nearest newsstand and pick up a copy of USA Today.

A few of the highlights:

• Penn State ranked third on 60 out of 62 ballots

• The biggest homer has to be Miami Hurricanes coach Larry Coker, who had his 9-2 team ranked 4th.

• USC got the first place vote of every Pac-10 coach, while Texas and USC split the first place votes of the Big 12. Among those who put USC first: Texas' Mack Brown.
