Captain Takes Full Control Of Sinking Ship

In a move that has been rumored to be in the works for some time, the New York Knicks have fired Head Coach Larry Brown, and named Isaiah Thomas as his replacement. Thomas also continues to serve as President and General Manager of the club. That means that basketball fans can look forward to him screwing up the Knicks at three different levels of management in the coming year, as opposed to the two levels that he had been doing it so well at for the past couple of years.

My condolences to Knicks fans. Short of signing Joel Pryzbilla to a maximum contract, I can't imagine how things could get any worse.

If this doesn't kill him, I don't know what will.
