Madden Curse Strikes Again!

That was fast.

After three games, Shaun Alexander, the cover boy for Madden 2007, has a small fracture in his left foot, and could miss up to a month of action. He becomes the latest in a string of athletes to appear on the cover of an EA game, then suffer an injury or stroke of bad luck almost immediately thereafter.

Let this be a lesson to anyone who laughed in the face of the Madden curse and drafted Alexander first overall in their fantasy league.

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I would also like to point out that I win the Kurt Warner pool. I predicted he would be out after three starts. Guess what? Leinart starts next week. Warner has fumbled the ball EIGHT TIMES already this year, as well as throwing a few picks. I love this shit.

I also can't wait to see Simmons talk about Spike Lee predicting that Isaiah wins Coach of the Year next year, as well as his "I'm not pulling a Kanye West!" comment. Glorious.

It looks like Dennis Green has changed his mind. Feel like bragging a bit more, Joe Buck?

It will change by gameday, when Warner throws six more interceptions.
